#### Storyboard Description

Grade Level: 8th grade Content Area: math Content Standards: CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.8.G.B.6 Explain a proof of the Pythagorean Theorem and its converse. ISTE*S Standards: ISTE*S.6.A Students create original works or responsibly repurpose or remix digital resources into new creations. ISTE*S.6.C Students communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively by creating or using a variety of digital objects such as visualizations, models or simulations. Student Assessment Description: This project will be done at the end of a quarter as a review for students. Students will be given a mathematical concept from the unit that has been taught in the quarter to explain. They will use the storyboard to create a comic of someone teaching and explaining the concept. In their comic they must have the name of the concept, a short description, and an example of it.
