  • Griswold V. Connecticut (1965)
  • That clinic is against our states anti-birth control Law
  • Birth Control Clinic
  • True, but for some people its the only way to find out about birth control
  • Doctor, we cant afford to have more children what should my husband and I do?
  • There are a couple of methods of birth control i can suggest.
  • You're under arrest for breaking the Law.
  • Good. We'll take this to court.
  • Birth Control Clinic
  • The Law is unconstitutional
  • Doesn't the constitution protect the privacy of individuals? This Law unjustly allows the government to control matters that should be private.
  • The birth control law is a proper use of the states police power. This is a matter for the state Legislature. Not the court
