Storyboard Text

  • I am well, but you know it could always be better.
  • Good afternoon, Cyrus. How are you?
  • Well, haven't you heard? Those Anti-Federalists want to have rights to the people in the Constitution.
  • How so?
  • It will not create too much power. The Constitution shall only stand for government and not the people, in order to create a strong central government.
  • I most certainly have. I think it is a grand idea. We need to protect the rights of civilians. It will give the government too much power, again.
  • What if the both of your could get what you want. Cyrus, you and the Anti-Federalists could have a system to protect the people. And you could also have a central government.
  • It will be exactly like being under the British rule if we do that. We must have the states control most of the power, not the central government.
  • That will create chaos and nothing will get done.
  • Afternoon, gentlemen. I cannot but over hear your conversation. May I?
  • Of course.
  • That sounds like a great idea!
