James needs to get his lab work done this week. He signs into the MyBaystate App. His name, DOB, and mobile number auto-populate. He picks the location "3300 Main St" and a day/time they wish to reserve (up to 7 days). The confirmation screen confirms the registration of his appointment and informs him of the COVID-19 safety procedures to expect upon arrival.

James arrives at 3300 Main St. He opens the app and clicks on "Check In". He is prompted to choose where he would like to wait: Outside or In the lobby. James chooses to wait outside. He is notified that he will receive a text message when it is time for him to go in. He can see there are currently two people ahead of him. James feels safer waiting in his car.
James receives a text message letting him know it is time to go in. As he enters the building there is a greeter who performs the COVID-19 screening, gives him a mask, and shows him where to go.
A staff member greets James inside, makes sure he is checked in,and shows him where to wait. James can see he is next in the queue on the digital board. He gets called in right away.
James is brought to the lab draw area to get registered. Once the phlebotomist is finished with the registration, his labels print out and she completes his blood draw. The phlebotomist indicates that his lab draw is complete in the system and James can go home.
James had a great experience at the 3300 Main St. lab. He felt safe throughout the entire process and everything went smoothly. Baystate is the best!
