In the Great Plains, the summertime is burning hot, but with a huge change, the winter is bitterly cold. Also, small hills, and many wild flowers.
The Indians of the Great Plains held ceremonies of which they would sing, dance, and play the drums and flute to welcome spirits . If they were to mess up, they didn't think the spirits would come, so they restarted.
The Indians of the Great Plains also lived in teepees made of buffalo skin. The men hunted for the buffalos, and the girls made dolls, cleaned buffalo skin, and built the teepees. They also made something called the winter calendar and they paint onto the board the most important event of the year. They also ate corn, squash, and beans.
