  • But he is a price sensitive client and I heard news that he is actively seeking other financial institution to help him out. Other financial Institution can give better offer than me.
  • I want to retain this client with my company. I will offer him using product bundling. Lower down his interest rate but require him to take up additional products. This should be a win-win situation.
  • Mr. Client, I am sure my proposition will be beneficial to your business expansion planning as compare with what other companies is offering you. 
  • No, I am not interested in your proposal. You do not understand my business and all you ever wanted is business and not building the relationship with me. We are done here.
