Storyboard Text

  • In the begining there was no land nor sea nor cool waves... Neither Heaven nor earth existed
  • A realm called Nilfheilm was made, and a sping in Nilfheilm created 12 rivers.
  • To the south of Nilfheilm was Muspell, a Realm of heat and brightness, which was guarded by Surt, a giant weilding a great sword of flame.
  • To the north was the frigid Gimmimgagap, were rivers froze and all was ice.
  • The heat from Muspell melted the southern end of Gimminggap, and the ice drips formed a man, he was Ymir, the first ancestor of the frost giants.
  • Then a cow formed, and the cow began licking the ice, and after the third day of licking a man appeared, his name was Buri.
  • Buri had a son, and his son married the daughter of one of the giants, and they had three sons who one was named Odin.
  • Yimir eventually became evil, after a struggle between the gods, the sons Killed Yimir and they threw his massive body into gunningap, and made him into the earth, and his blood the oceans, and his hair the forests.
  • Bor's sons created the sky, stars, and began to create humans, giving them the gift of emotion, movement, and life.
  • Eventualy the sun and moon were created, and along with many other gods left in heaven. and on earth there was a path to heaven, in the form of a rainbow
