  • All of the indians had to rebuild their towns and homes in different territory.
  • Crop and land adaption was also a problem because they had not been there before.
  • The tribes started to settle their own government and although they weren't happy they have mended the trauma.
  • Owning slaves became more prominent and was 14 percent of the population in order to grow as a community of tribes.
  • The mixed-bloods and the full-bloods had a rivalry because the chief of mixed-bloods, John Ross, signed a treaty prior to the Removal. Thankfully they all made amends.
  • The Oklahoman Indians had a very small population and couldn't really defend their borders because of wars but the Indians came up with the "Anaconda Plan" announced which areas are confederate.
