Many Japanese people were accused of planning the attack and questioned their loyalty and had to carry identification cards and were considered "enemy aliens." Their rights were also set aside in time of war.
Jewish Americans
Once men left to go out and fight the war, there were many jobs that had to be filled by women such as car mechanics, lumberjacks, and welders. They faced a lot of stress on the job and faced unequal pay. Many women transitioned from the workforce to the WAC.

Many African Americans went to join the war, and still faced segregation by sleeping and eating in different rooms, some weren't accepted into the military in the early preparation, and if they did then they could only cook and clean rooms. They were later given their own corps by flying planes and proving their worth.
Many Jews were not allowed into the U.S after fleeing Europe. In Germany, many Jews were killed and imprisoned while their Synagogue and stores were burned down by Nazis. There were half a million Jews who fought in the war and almost all Jews supported the war.
Many Mexicans faced discrimination during the war every day including not getting high-paid jobs, even though, still 500,000 thousand Mexicans enlisted in the army. Many other Mexicans were given short contracts to work in the U.S on railroads. Many Mexican teenagers started wearing "zoot suits" and a lot of people thought it was associated with gangs, so there were a lot of riots between white and Mexican people
