  • Furthermore, I enjoy sharing what I have learned with my peers.  Because of my openness and willingness to share and work with others, I believe I am sought out for my guidance
  • The responsibility theme describes my desire to learn and want to continuously improve.  As a leader, I appreciate opportunities to acquire knowledge, gain skills, and experience new things.
  • By developing relationships with my peers and subordinates, I believe I will be able to build on their strengths and support their weaknesses
  • The relator theme describes my desire to develop meaningful relationships with my peers.  I enjoy assisting individuals to create and achieve their goals.
