  • Alcohol is mutagenic, carcinogenic, and teratogenic in humans. A mutagen is an agent, such as radiation or a chemical substance, which causes genetic mutation.
  • How does alcohol affect your body?
  • A teratogen is an agent or factor which causes malformation of an embryo. Lastly a carcinogen is a substance capable of causing cancer in living tissue. Which is what killed your brother.
  • When you drink, alcohol enters the bloodstream through your stomach and small intestine.Alcohol affects the nervous system so, From there it travels to the brain, and because it's a depressant, it slows down the functions of your body.
  • Illnesses cause by alcohol are high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, liver disease, and digestive problems, cancer of the breast, mouth, throat, esophagus, liver, and colon.
  • Now listen alcohol can pretty much be found anywhere from corner stores to parties so please when people ask say no. If you wont say no for me at least do it for your brother.
