  • Act I
  • All hail Macbeth, that shall be king hereafter!
  • Act II
  • To know my deed 'twere best not know myself.
  • Act III
  • Thou canst not say that I did it; never shake thy gory locks at me.
  • Macbeth was confronted by witches which introduced the prophecy to him. This was a time of curiosity for Macbeth opening his eyes to what may be his future.
  • Act IV
  • The castle of Macduff I will surprise, Seize upon Fife; give to the edge o' the sword
  • Macbeth felt guilt and despair knowing he didn't deserve his crown rightfully but this meant that he was only going to have more problems.
  • Act V
  • Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player That struts and frets his hour upon the stage, And then is heard no more. It is a tale Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing.
  • Macbeth becomes delusional and is going crazy. He has just gotten Banquo killed and now he sees his ghost on during in front of everyone.
  • Final Analysis
  • Macbeth becomes a tyrant doing anything he wants and can to ensure the throne for himself and his children.
  • Macbeth accepts his fate and has a feeling of hopelessness. His death in this act is almost a sense of relief.
  • Macbeth was a story of what true power and greed will do to you. Not only will it give you confidence and leadership but will give you fear and anxiety. This story also explains that you wont be happy in life just because you have everything you wanted.
