Storyboard Text

  • Mercutio is telling Benvolio that he has to stop looking for fights, especially with the Capulets. Though Mercutio says that when Benvolio is angrier than him and that nothing stops him.
  • Scene 1
  • Tybalt, Petruchio, and the Capulets are coming. Tybalt wants to talk to them, but Mercutio doesn't believe him. Then, Mercutio gives Tybalt a reason to fight.
  • 
  • Romeo enters and says to Tybalt that there's no reason to fight, that there's a possibility of avoiding the rivalry between their families. Also, Romeo says that he was a reason to like him as a brother.
  • 
  • Tybalt dares Romeo to fight, but Mercutio does it instead. Romeo tries to stop Mercutio but is impossible cause they have already started the fight.
  • Tybalt beat Mercutio so hard he was bleeding. 
  • Benvolio takes Mercutio to the nurse and Romeo stays there and doesn't omve.
