Upon Sophia's journey home, she happens to look up when she notices Dylan watching her from behind the trees. This is not the first time Sophia feels like she is being followed. Technical elements: sound effects of birds chirping, bright lighting to show innocent nature, POV shot from Sophia's perspective, long shot where she notices Dylan watching her from afar, and tracking shot to place the viewers in the scene more effective to 'scare' the audience.
Sophia's friends are all playing a friendly game of football, and are about to have a break for lunch, when Sophia notices Dylan is standing near the top of the rocks and is watching them. Technical elements: bright lighting from natural surrounds (sunlight), dialogue between characters, faint pop song highlights the fun and happiness and appeals to target audience, long shot of Dylan watching them from beach, and low angle shot of Dylan watching down on Sophia and her friends.
Sophia is baby sitting. The children are playing badminton on the front lawn, while Sophia is watching from the porch. Sophia happens to glance up where she again notices Dylan watching her from across the road. Sophia starts feeling worried. Technical elements: close up of Sophia and the stress/tension she's feeling, mid shot showing surroundings in the scene, dialogue between characters, lighting starts to darken compared to previous scenes to foreshadow dark events to come.
