Peasants were one of the lowest tiers on the social pyramid they were at the same level as farmers. Peasants had no power what so ever when they died they most likely would have been thrown in a hole.
Noble's were one of the highest ranks in Egypt, they were pretty powerful but not near the Pharaoh, once they died they would have usually been mummified but were not considered anything after death.
Pharaohs were the highest class in ancient Egypt, they would control about every thing. Once they died they were then considered gods.
