Storyboard Text

  • This alliance would prove to be an asset to all our countries improving commerce.
  • ???
  • If we all share our monies we can have us some new pitchforks
  • ...
  • No! On behalf of the Democratic-Republicans I would like to move that we side with France just because they helped us in our war.
  • On behalf of the Federalist I voice the obvious action for the U.S. to take in this war. We must side with Britain because their trade is necessary.
  • We can be proud of the leaders we present to foreign powers.
  • We are the central government and we are strong.
  • We will make sure things run smoothly and are done on time.
  • We will organize and get things done.
  • The Democratic Republicans would like us to lessen the qualifications to run for the presidency. This sounds nice in theory but what would forign powers think of an illiterate farmer as a leader. Would they still be willing to make alliances with us?
  • I'm my own government so I'm not going to work today
  • I'm my own government and will do things my way.
  • The Democratic-Republicans say I should be my own government. I'm going to nap today, not work.
  • The people of the Democratic-Republican party would have us side with France in the French Revolution. Ignoring that this could have devastating affects on our trade with Britain. If we were to side with Britain our commerce would be safe.
  • We need a strong central government to organize and get things done on time.
  • If everyone was their own government nothing would get done.
  • Who will you trust your country with? Vote for Adams!
