Storyboard Text

  • December 1765
  • Dear Aunt Martha,  You'll never believe it! Last night, a mob went to the lieutenant governor's house. They burned his books and papers, stole his money, and even took his sister and daughter's clothes and put them on for fun! I think this is crazy. I don't agree with the stamp any less than any other protesters, but we shouldn't going about showing it this way. They are acting like animals. We shouldn't be trying to go about change with such brash and violent ways. Sincerely, Elizabeth Stewart
