Storyboard Text

  • Fair is foul, and foul is fair, hover through the fog and filthy air.
  • Norway's armies are defeated along with the armies of the Scottish traitor, Your Majesty.
  • Oh worthy cousin, you saved the country!
  • Yes, Your Majesty!
  • The current Thane of Cawdor will be executed. Tell Macbeth that the title of Thane of Cawdor will now rest with him.
  • The three witches discussed where, when and whom they would meet next time.
  • Who are you?
  • All hail Macbeth, hail to thee, Thane of Glamis.
  • All hail Macbeth, that shalt be king hereafter.
  • All hail Macbeth, hail to thee, Thane of Cawdor.
  • Macbeth updated King Duncan of Scotland on the battle. The King praised Macbeth on his victory.
  • Speak to me, who neither beg nor fear your favours nor your hate.
  • Lesser than Macbeth, and greater.
  • Thou shalt get kings, though thou be none.
  • Not so happy, yet much happier.
  • Ross went to The King to tell him about Macbeth's victory. King Duncan decided to execute the current Thane of Cawdor and replace him with Macbeth.
  • What, can the devils speak true?
  • Dearest Macbeth, I am pleased to announce that you have been crowned Thane of Cawdor!
  • Banquo and Macbeth passed by the three witches on their way home. The three witches prophesised that Macbeth would become Thane of Cawdor and King of Scotland.
  • The three witches also prophesised that Banquo would not be King, but would have descendants who would be.
  • Ross delivered Dunacan's message that Macbeth would receive the title Thane of Cawdor.
