•
• Whats the formula for speed, again?
• Today will will be learning about Newtons Laws of Motion.
•
• Speed equals distance divided by time S=D/T
• Distance = 10 yds. Time = 5min. Speed = ?
• Perfect! Who needs a teacher when you have classmates?
• Can anyone solve this?
• Since speed is equal to distance over time, you would divide 10 into 5. Ten divided by 5 equals two, therefore speed is equal to two minutes per yard.
• Today will will be learning about Newtons Laws of Motion.
• It is actually the one that takes the most common sense.  Which is something that both of you clearly know nothing about.
• What about the third law?
• Distance = 10 yds. Time = 5min. Speed = 2 min per yard
• I bet it is the hardest out of all three!
• Today will will be learning about Newtons Laws of Motion.
• Distance = 10 yds. Time = 5min. Speed = 2 min per yard
• Today will will be learning about Newtons Laws of Motion.
• Distance = 10 yds. Time = 5min. Speed = 2 min per yard
• Exactly! Just remember that the greater the force, the more force you would have to exert in order to push, knock over, or pull an object!
• Intersting way to put it, but yes! Newtons third law states that for every acton, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
• So the action would be to push Charlie off his chair, and the reaction would be that he would fall and get hurt.
• Today will will be learning about Newtons Laws of Motion.
• Distance = 10 yds. Time = 5min. Speed = 2 min per yard
• That's all for now! Hope you enjoyed our lesson on Newton's Laws of Motion! Don't forget to study!
