  • These pictures represent the geography and location of Rome. The right is what the geography was like, and the right is the location.
  • Etruscan Sports Influence
  • This shows the lives of Romulus and Remus. First put in the river. Second, taken in by wolves. Third being kidnapped. Fourth, FIghting over the name of their city, Romulus winning and naming it Rome.
  • Greek Architectural Influence
  • On the left, the arch used by the Romans is shown. On the right, the cuniculus used to move water quickly is shown. These were both influenced by Etruscans.
  • Greek influence of writing, art, and religion
  • The picture above represents the brutal sport of Slave Fighting, which was adopted by the Greeks from the Etruscans.
  • The Romans would adapt the columns created by the Greeks into their lifestyle. This was a very important and much used feature.
  • The Romans used the idea of many Greek gods and renamed them. One example is that Zeus became Jupiter.
