I would use this tip because if i listen to my customers it would make them want to be more interested and we could proably get more resolutions or something. If you just assume it would be difficult and make them uniterested.

I would use this tip because if i promise my customer i will do something then i will do it cause if i dont i could proably lose customers like that for lying and not sticking to my word.

I would use this as a tip because if my customer was asking for something against my policy i would proably try to figure something else out for them instead of saying "no"

This a good tip because if people are calling my company i would want to answer to see what they want not just ignore it and lose customers or have them keep calling.
