Hi, I'm David. Szemak, I play soccer and weigh about 130 pounds. I want to gain 10 pounds of muscle by Summer 2021. By doing this I will be a stronger and overall better player on the field! This is how I will complete my intermediate goal
This is my living room, also known as my gym. I will transform my body mainly in this room by using my dumbbells, and other exercise equipment such as my jump rope
It is also important to remember that I need to eat a lot of food and consume a lot of protein and calories to build muscle. That's why I learned to cook!
This 'goal' is important to me because I love to play soccer and want to play on the HS Varsity Team. On varsity soccer, there are bigger and older guys than me, and I also need be strong so it is harder for them to take the ball off me.
By following a workout routine and eating the right foods consistently, i should be able to achieve my intermediate timed goal of gaining 10 pounds by the summer. This transformation will allow me to have a bigger body and be a stronger soccer player!
