  • Rising Action Cont.
  • Old Major,(the boar in the center), has called all of the animals in for a meeting at night so he can tell them about a dream he had two nights ago. He talked about how a song had come to him and it was about how animals should break away from humans and  the awful way that they treat animals. This is when the idea of animalism was started.
  • Climax
  • Napoleon,(the middle pig), Squealer,(the left pig), and Snowball, (the right pig), have meeting about what Old Major was talking when he talked about his dream. Major is dead now but his idea lives on. The three pigs have a meeting about how to go on with Major's idea. They decide that they will take over after the revolution and that they should make preperations for the revolution.
  • Get to Work!
  • Falling Action
  • The three pigs take over the farm. They come up with the seven commandments. These are the rules that all animals must abide by. They state that all animals are equal and that humans are the only enemy. Napoleon becomes the leader and Squealer is his right hand man. Mr. Jones forgets to feed the animals one day and the animals  chase him and his wife off of the farm
  • Conclusion
  • Mr. Jones and some friends came back to the farm to try to take back the farm. The animals engaged in battle and drove Mr. Jones off of the farm. They had won the revolution!! Soon after Snowball is chased off the farm for opposing ideas.
  • The animals are lead to believe that Napoleon came up for an idea to build a windmill. In reality this is Snowball's idea that Napoleon took after Snowball had left the farm. The animals begin to build the windmill in any case and after many hardships get it up. Napoleon became a dictator and he started to slightly change the commandments to fit his wants. He and Squealer also move into the farm house and start sleeping in beds. He also starts to meet up with humans and trade with them.
  • The pigs start walking on their hind legs and they are becoming more and more human. They are no talking to humans and halving other farmers over at the house. The animals still believe that is still animalism and that it has not changed though some do remember why the idea was first created.
