12 O'clock and its time for lunch. I'll have a turkey sandwich with water to drink. This contain protein, fat, and carbs.
Its 2pm and theres one hour till game time. I'll have a sports drink which will provide hydration and simple carbs.
4pm GAME TIME!
GAME WON! Its 9 O'clock and I just got home. I'll eat grilled chicken and potato's and water to drink. It contains protein, fat, and carbs.
