Top left corner- Make a jar of nice things about yourself and if you feel low just pick one out. To make you feel good. Top right corner- Hang out with friends that make you happy. That will make your self-esteem go up. Bottom left corner- Have a peaceful mindset so you don't lower yourself esteem. Bottom right corner- Talk to your pets, they'll always love you!

Top left corner-Have a positive mindset, it keeps your self-confidence. Top right corner- Challenge your mind because it will boost your confidence if you succeed, if not challenge yourself to keep going. Bottom left corner- Make everyone around you happy because that will make you happy and build your confidence. Bottom right corner- Do things you're good at, it'll boost your confidence.
