  • Hi, my name is Janet Johnson and I've been a faithful shopper at Walmart. In all the years I've been shopping there, I've never been given this level of disrespect. I was in the customer service line and two employees were arguing and left with the line long. They were also rude to the customers before the argument happened. This issue needs to be handled because this is not the first time I've experienced rude employees this week and it's just Wednesday. This situation needs to be fixed asap. Thanks.

  • Jessica, I need you to schedule a meeting for all of the supervisors in Louisiana to fly down for a mandatory meeting. They are required to have a training planned out for customer service and behavior. Give them at least 1 week to get the training planned out.

  • I've evaluated and looked at all of the surveys from everyone and yall did good. I want everyone to start taking responsibility for their actions instead of pointing fingers and fighting about it. We're all grown here. Everything we do takes team work. Great job and goodnight.
