  • Daisy was not impressed at all. I am going to fix this. I will make it like it was 5 years ago... all for her.

  • While at a party, Nick and Jordan are arguing about Jordan's driving abilities. Nick is accusing Jordan of being a terrible driver, but she is denying him and insisting she is not.
  • Shortly after Gatsby's party, he is positive that Daisy didn't have a good time. Gatsby is convincing himself that he will turn back the time to five years before.
  • Throughout Daisy and Tom's marriage, Tom has multiple affairs. Tom is going against the societal morals by destroying his marriage in a way that is looked down upon.
