- Hello! My name is Copernicus, and i discovered the Heliocentric theory!
- Franis Bacon
- My name is Francis Bacon! I discovered the scientific method!
- Issac Newton
- Im Issac Newton and i discovered gravity!
- Copernicus discovered the Heliocentric theory. This theory states that the earth is the center of the universe. But we all know thats not right.
- Galileo
- Im Galileo, and i discovered the Geocentric theory.
- Francis Bacon discovered the Scientific Method. This method lets you follow a set of rules to make sure your discovery is correct!
- Conflicts Between The Church And The Scientific Revolution
- We agree with you Galileo! But we CANNOT lose power as a church. You are now on house arrest for life.
- Gravity is the magnetic force that pulls us down on earth so we dont fly away.
- Today
- The Geocentric theory states that the sun is in the center of the universe.
- The church was afraid of losing power because people wanted the right thing to believe but there "already was one". They said to Galileo "eithier stop trying to show your studies to the people or we will excommunicate you". He was later sentenced to house arrest for life.
- The Scientific Revolution has impacted our lives so now we can have pools, and phones and tons of new advances.
