  • Less than 5% of adults participate in 30 minutes of physical activity each day. This is not something good. Health is very important and it is hard to stay healthy without exercise.
  • This is what many people will appear without a healthy endurance rate: (unhealthy version) This is what many people will appear as with a healthy endurance rate: (healthy version)
  • You may be telling yourself, exercise is only useful once in a while. Or that you don't have enough time for it, or even you'll use the excuse saying "ill do it later" but if you have time to sit on the couch you will have time to do at least a quick 15-20 minute workout to keep your bodies endurance high and to stay healthy
  • If you're not exercising and keeping your body out of shape, you have a 20% more chance of being diagnosed with depression. Health and physical are more important then just saying "i will do it later"
  • If you exercise everyday you will be able to tell that you don't get tired from walking up two flights of stairs, or you can just notice when you look in a mirror. Simple exercises can simply be going on a mile walk, and you can progress and do harder things from there to build a higher endurance.
  • To conclude this important PSA, we just want to remind you how important it is to get as much physical activity as possible in a week. It's important to keep your body healthy and to have an average or above endurance rate.
