Storyboard Text

  • There are these two types of fish that populate this rocky region of the ocean.
  • The thin blue fish and thicker yellow fish are preyed upon by sharks.
  • Oh my I wish I fit through here!!
  • The yellow fish are easily spotted by the sharks, and can't hide between rocks as efficiently as the blue fish.
  • The animal with the best chance of survival is the blue fish because its color is not as bright, and it's able to hide between rocks due to its thin body.
  • The yellow fish are hunted and less of them are present in the population. This leaves the population as predominantly blue fish.
  • Their blue scales and thin body structure are valued traits while being preyed upon. These traits allow the blue fish to survive and reproduce.
