  • Wow, the clothes are really good!
  • Rising Action
  • You show-off, the only way you'r this good is because Athene taught you!
  • No my dad taught me you old woman, now get out of here!
  • In Greece there was a poor girl named Arachne. Her father worked at making wool so he taught her how to make clothes. SInce she practiced making clothes everyday Arachne became an expert at doing this. 
  • Climax
  • Oh no, I take it all back please have mercy!
  • Arachne would sell her clothes and people liked how she worked. She became so popular that people would travel from different parts of the world to see her work. 
  •                                     Falling Action
  • You disrespectful, boastful girl, you will pay for this.
  • At first, she was innocent at what she did. After she was very famous she only worked so people would be proud of her.  She was so boastful that people started to not like her anymore. An old woman approached Arachne and told her that she was too boastful and that the only person that showed her was the Goddess Athene.
  • Resolution
  • You will now spend the rest of your life as a spider you weak mortal!
  • Arachne got mad and told the old lady to get out of the place. At that moment the old woman threw down her staff and turned into the goddess Athene. Arachne was so scared that she wished that she could take it back. At that moment Arachne and Athene had a competition to see who's clothes was the best.
  • Athene's cloth had a picture of how humans did bad things to the Gods. Arachne didn't like that so her cloth was about how the Gods did bad things to the humans. Athene had finished first and when she saw Arachne's cloth she was not happy so she grabbed it and ripped it.
  • At that moment, Arachne tried to kill herself but Athene stopped her. Since Arachne was stubborn and boastful, Athene turned Arachne into a spider. Arachne was still going to live but as a helpless animal. Since that day all the spiders come because of Arachne's fault.
  • Noooooooooo!
