It is important to have a bond with your parents in order to gain the love, security and support you need. Strong bonds with friends and other affiliations can improve your happiness. A lack of social wellness could result in loneliness or feelings of abandonment.
  • To be emotionally well, you need to make time for yourself. For example, if you feel stressed out you should release the stress in a healthy manner. You could meditate or talk to a friend or family member. Therapists are available to anyone who is congested emotionally. It is essential to evaluate your emotions to achieve total wellness.
