#### Storyboard Description

CELSIUS - FAHRENHEIT

#### Storyboard Text

• Why are you boiling water?
• There's no clean water supply around here, so we're going to filter the water ourselves
• Hey dad, do you have any water? I'm really thirsty!
• The water will be ready soon. We just have to wait until it's 212º F, but I only have a thermomitor that measures in celcius, so for every 9 degrees it goes up in farenheit, it goes up 5 degrees in celcius.
• The temperature is currently 100˚ celsius, which is equivalent to 212˚ Fahrenheit, so it is filtered enough to drink.
• Ok, we might have to try to boil it to heat it up
• Dad, my water bottle's frozen and I really need a drink!
• If you look at the thermometer, you can see that the current temperature on the left side is 0˚ Celsius and on the right side is 32˚ Fahrenheit
• It's been an hour and the water is now 100˚ Celsius or 212˚ Fahrenheit.
• So now it is warm enough to drink.
