  • The part of the teenage brain that isn't fully developed is the frontal lobe.
  • The frontal lobe isn't fully developed until age 25. 
  • Do any of you have examples of things that affect a teen's underdeveloped frontal lobe?
  • Lack of sleep can cause you to eat too much or eat unhealthy foods that can cause gain in weight
  • Sports help your brain by releasing endorphins that help in school and with emotions.
