A long time ago, there existed two rivaling houses, the Montagues and the Capulets. They would fight over even the smallest thing, such as biting their thumb at towards the other house.
Benvolio, the nephew of the king of the Montagues, was sent to look for the King's son, Romeo. Benvolio found Romeo crying over his lost love, Rosaline, who had rejected him, recently. Benvolio tried to convince Romeo that there were other women he could try and date, but Romeo wasn't Listening.
Meanwhile, The capulets were having a costume party. Romeo and Benvolio were able to get an invite when they tricked the invite giver into giving them one. However, Romeo only went when he saw his crush, Rosaline was invited to go to the party. When they arrived, Tybalt, Lady Capulet's brother spotted Romeo and reported them to the King. THe King did not mind however.
Later that night, Romeo spotted Juliet on her bedroom balcony and fell in love with her. Juliet, while unsure at first, also fell in love with Romeo, although she was already planned to marry someone, Count Paris. The two agreed that they would get married tomorrow.
The next morning, Romeo met with Friar Lawerence, a friend as well as a holy man, asking him to help him marry Juliet. Lawerence, although wary at first, agrees to marry Juliet later that afternoon at 12.
Later that afternoon, Romeo and Juliet meet up at the Friar's cell and finally get married in secrecy, a day after they first met each other.
