Our Story Starts with an empty mead hall. This was once a place of legendary excitement and a good place to settle down after a long day of battling.
I'm afraid of nothing.
The hall was empty because of the creature known as Grendel who killed tons of people and they were scared. So they called upon our hero Beowulf.
Beowulf approaches the High King Hrothgar of the Danes and tells of how he will kill the Grendel and tells of his previous achievements of fighting.
We are in desperate need of your help Beowulf.
I will gut you like a fish.
Grendel Approaches to the mead hall and tears open the doors killing one of the unsuspecting soldiers, a distraction which allows for Beowulf to attack.
Beowulf makes a surprise attack on the Grendel and tears it's arm clear off. By doing so the Grendel flees the area and only leaves a pool of blood behind. Then his arm is placed above the mead hall so that everyone can see the Grendel has been defeated.
I finally defeated the monster.
Now I can rest after that battle.
After defeating the great Grendel, Beowulf was given large amounts of gold and other treasures for his glory in battle . He then moves to his other bedding quarters and awaits for the next battle.
