Jessica I can't do this anymore. I'm tired and I just want this to end!!
Don't worry, you're going to get through this! And I'm going to help you! :)
Can we schedule an appointment for her tomorrow at 2pm?
I'll have it booked!
Okay Sally, I need you to close your eyes and slowly walk me through how all of this went down.
Sally has been going through some harsh states in life at the moment. She has been feeling alone depressed and confused. She recently went through her parents divorce and hasn't been able to control herself of emotion. She feels like she doesn't have a sense of belonging with her family anymore. Sally ends up calling her best friend Jessica over and rants to her about everything, Jessica comforts Sally and tells her that she's gonna get through it and that she has an idea on how to help her.
Jessica confronts her long time friend and therapist Mr.Dilon, She explains to him everything that Sally has been going through and how she feels that she doesn't have a sense of belonging anymore. Mr.Dilon understands the conflict and offers to help Sally by doing a therapy session with her to clear her mind. And make her feel like she isn't alone. Jessica agrees and they arrange a day for Sally to come in.
I know your hurt. But I want you to truly know that you are going to get through this! And that you are not alone. Remember that most importantly!
The next day, Sally and Jessical come in for the appointment session. Mr.Dilon tells Sally to close her eyes and walk him through everything that happened step by step. As she is explaining her story leaving up to her parents divorce. She feels a rush of emotions over power her and take over her. She quickly opens her eyes with fear and relization. Dashing out of the office in tears.
You know I feel a lot better now, I can't thank you enough for talking to me about this. I feel like I do have a belonging. If it's not with family, at least I still have you!
Awh, you're more than welcome. I love you so much!!
Sally walks home sobbing pools of tears down her face. She doesn't know what to do anymore and feels like she should just leave for the greater good. She felt like rehashing that moment made her feel like she was living through the same kind of horrifying world that she was once in.
Jessica met Sally at home and tried to calm down Sally by explaining to her that she isn't alone. And that everyone goes through hard moments in life as well. Whether it's family problems, or personal problems. Sally begins to understand and realize that she isn't alone and that she will get through those hard moments eventually.
Sally feels better and thanks Jessica for helping her.The End!
