Fashion in the 1920's was very risky and taboo. For the women they were basically breaking the social norms. Women began to wear more comfortable clothes such as short skirts and shorts. Men wore less formal wear and started to wear more athletic wear.
During the 20' s the 18th amendment was created which banned all transportation, manufacturing, and sale of alcohol. The United States did this because they felt as that drinking ruined society and families.
Organized crime in the United States during the 20's was very gang officiated. Most of these crimes were secret and the gang members kept it very organized. A lot of people in the 20's felt the need to rebel against the law and or make their crimes around the ways of the law.
Music in the 1920's was like the main start for modern day music now. Instruments that were mostly popular during this time were trumpets, trombones, piano,saxophone and etc. These instruments played into the very popular genre of jazz during this time period. In addition to the start of modern music many record labels begin to start during the 20's. This has impacted modern day record labels with the many risks these labels would take.

The lifestyle during the 20's was the start of a mass culture in the United States. During this time period Americans had a little bit more money to buy extra things that weren't needed but wanted. Radios became very popular to the point were at least every household had a radio in it. Another item that became very important in the 1920's lifestyle were automobiles. It was the start of a new way of transportation and it boosted the economy.
