Step 1: I would download the Learn to Drive Smart PDF, and study it a bunch, then I would take the practice tests until I got 100% on them.
Step 2: I would go to the ICBC driver licensing office and take the multiple-choice knowledge test on a touchscreen kiosk, and hopefully pass it. Then I would have my L license, and I would receive my red, magnetic L sign to put on the back of my car.
Step 3: After driving with a supervisor for a year, I would pretty much repeat what I did for the knowledge test. (Read the PDF, and take the practice tests)
Step 4: I would then take the Class 7 Road test, hopefully pass it, and get a green, N sign to put on the back of my car. Then I won't need to have a supervisor while driving, but I can only have 1 passenger. If I do fail, I'll repeat step 3 except instead of waiting a year it'll be 14 days.
Step 5: After driving as a Novice for 2 years, I'll repeat step 3. Then I'll take the Class 5 road test, and hopefully pass it. If I don't, then repeat step 3, and replace a year with 14 days.
