Storyboard Text

  • Solder and poet, Cyrus, would write poems to Raisa, his next-door neighbour. The poems he wrote, were on behalf of his fellow soldier, Christian. Cyrus is a great hero but is afraid that his huge nose will deter women from loving him.
  • You are as beautiful as the sun. Your bright, radiant smile lights up the whole room as you walk inside.
  • Raisa fell in love with the letters, all the while falling for Christian. Raisa thinks that it is Christian who is writing these letters to her. Christian is in love with Raisa but does not know how to tell her. Christian is very handsome but not smart.
  • "You are as beautiful as the sun. Your bright, radiant smile lights up the whole room as you walk inside." - Christian
  • When Raisa asked Christian to talk romantically to her like in the letters. He is clumsy with his words, leaving Raisa discouraged as she loses interest in Christian.
  • He is so clumsy with his words!
  • You-you are so-so pretty!
  • While Cyrus and Christian were hiding in the bush, Christian calls Raisa. He told her how beautiful she is and declared his profound love for Raisa. Raisa then fell back in love with Christian.
  • You are absolutely beautiful Raisa, I love you.
  • Thank you, I-I I love you too Christian.
  • When Christian and Cyrus come back home from war, Christian gets married to Raisa. Unfortunately, soon after getting married, both soldiers are called back to battle, where Christian dies.
  • I do!
  • I miss you, Christian.
  • When Cyrus returns home, Raisa asked him to read her Christian's last war letter out loud to her. Cyrus reads the letter word for word from memory. Raisa soon realized that it was Cyrus all along writing the letters to her from the war.
  • Yes!
  • You wrote those letters to me long ago? Didn't you?
  • I love you, Cyrus!
