Oh wow. I used to live in an apartment around here too during the war. Follow me ill show you.
Hi! My names Anne. What are you doing here all alone?
Eight people?! I lived in a whole apparment floor with just my two parents.
Wow we both went through similar things.
It wasn't easy. We got frustrated pretty quickly but we had to put aside our differences to survive.
Eight people total lived pn the top floor of this old wharehouse for years.
Oh me too. Im flying back to Orlando today at 3 pm. Where are you going?
Well, I'm very glad I met you. Unfortanutly, I won't be able to stay much longer there's a flight I have to catch.
I live in Orlando now too! That's so weird we're even on the same flight. I'm glad I don't have to ride home alone.
Two teenagers named Friedrich and Anne are visiting their previous houses in Germany from before the war. Friedrich is standing quietly alone as Anne approaches him in her enthusiastic way.
I was alone and sad when I visited my house too. You looked like you needed a friend. Its just part of my personality.
When you first came up to me I just wanted to be alone but I'm thankful you opened my mind showing me now all people are bad.
Anne and Friedrich went to go visit the wharehouse Anne used to live in. They realized that they're not that different from each other. They've each lost a lot.
It was a miracle that I survived. When they were raiding the area, I wasn't allowed in any of the shelters.
Sorry, I just happened to overhear you. I to used to live in Germany in hiding. I was the only one that made it.
Anne and Friedrich start talking more and more about their lives and what they went through during the war and how much their lives have changed. Soon enough, they become fast friends. They start talking about where they are living now and how its their last day visiting Germany.
I hate to say it but I have to go. Im so happy finally met and are friends now. Goodbye Friedrich.
Goodbye Anne. We will see each other again soon. Thank you for being my only friend in this place.
Anne and Friedrich head to the airport together. As they wait Friedrich thinks to himself how he was so unsure about Anne when he first met her but now he that he got to know her he's very happy he made a friend. He doesn't have to be alone anymore.
Friedrich and anne boarded the plane to head home together. The two of them were taking when one of the passengers overheard and used to live in Germany too, and he knew what all the concentration cams in the area looked like because he was a survivor of them.
Soon enough, their time together came to a stop. It was time to go their separate ways and back to their own lives. They will continue being friends though.
