- "...I beg you, forgive our children..."
- "...when children cease to respect their father, they must be banished..."
- In the beginning, there was nothing but a void where an entity,Chaos, lived all alone for centuries. Eventually, Chaos grew tired of being alone and decided to create companions; Mother Earth, Gaea, was created, and with her came all other beings.
- Climax
- Gaea birth the mountains, the seas, and,the mightiest among them,Uranus-the sky. Gaea and Uranus wed; their union resulted in the Titans, the Cyclopes, and the Hundred-handed giants. All these powerful offspring cluttered Earth, but Uranus was still feared .
- Falling Action
- One day, Uranus felt disrespected by his children and in his rage, he sent the Titans,Cyclopes, and Hundred-handed giants to the depths of Tartarus. Gaea was heartbroken by this act and decided that Uranus had ruled for long enough.
- Resolution
- Gaea searched for her children all over Tartarus,and when she found them, she offered to help the bravest of her children to defeat Uranus. All but one of Gaea's offspring refused;the Titan,Cronus, accepted Gaea's proposal and returned to Earth to kill his father.
- "I'll do it, Mother!"
- Cronus made it back to the lively brightness of Earth and, he created a sickle to use on his father. He travelled up to the Sky and found a sleeping Uranus. Cronus wounded his father and Uranus lost his throne.
- "It's my time to shine, old man."
- Cronus became King of the Gods, but Nyx punished his acts against Uranus by unleashing death and strife on his new kingdom. Cronus would rule a land of terror and malice. He lived in fear of being overthrown as he did to his father.
- "Uh oh,"
- "You'll pay for this, Cronus!"
