  • Your son is either going to be a king or religious leader.

  • Sidhartha Gutama was born a prince in Nepal (563 BC). His father was king and a forturnteller said Sidhartha could either be a king or a religous leader. The king tried to guide his son to become a furture king.
  • I want to know the true meaning of life and death.
  • Sidhartha was raised with wealth and luxury. His farther also protected him from everything bad. When Sidhartha went out of the palace all the guards would sheild him from beggers or sick people. Then Siddhartha got married and had a son.

  • When Sidhartha was 29 he rode out of the palace and saw things he could not imagen. He saw all the poor people. Some of them were sick and other very old also it was harder to for the older people.So he cut off his hair and traded his rich clothes for a yellow robe of aa religious seeker and  vanished in the woods.

  • Siddhartha searched for truth about life and death. Siddhartha also began studying with Hindu gurus. Siddhartha joined the ascetics and denied al physical comforts. He ate less and less until he was living on a gain of rice and a jujube fruit. 
  • One day Siddhartha sat under a fig tree to meditate and he did this for 49 days. Legends say the Mara visited Siddhartha and tried to distract him but he kept meditating. Then he understood the cycle of life and had achieved enlightenment.
  • Siddhartha taught the world about what he had learned. The next 45 years Siddhartha traveled the world spreading the word. Also he had answered everybody's question's and he awakened the world to the true nature of life. He kept teaching and taught some into teachers and he died at 80 years old.
