After the meeting, Shmuel invited Saul and his servant into his house. He gave them a place at the head of the table of the invited thirty guests. The cook served Saul the best meal that was specifically reserved by Shmuel for the special guest. Afterwards they spoke on the roof and then on the street as Shmuel was escorting Saul out of the city.
The three sign that were given to Saul by Samuel were 1. He will see 2 man by Rachel’s tomb, 2. And then he will meet 3 men, one carrying 3 kids, one carrying 3 loaves of bread and one carrying earthenware jug of wine. They will give him 2 cakes of bread. 3. He will meet a band of prophets descending from the high place, and before them will be a psaltery and a drum, and a flute and a harp, and they will prophesy.
Bnei Israel said to one another, "What is this that has happened to the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets?"
