  • We Finally Have Google Workspace!!
  • Everything Will Be So Much Easier And Faster!
  • Before this innovation was created schools and workspaces had to use paper. Workspace and schools had to use paper due to the fact the Microsoft Word was the only available software at the time which made it very expensive. This made work very hard especially for schools because if a teacher wanted to make edits to an essay it would take a very long amount of time. For workspaces finding documents and fille would take a very long time to find due to looking through file cabinets.
  • I'm So Sorry Sir!
  • Hey You! No Cutting Trees For Paper! With Google Workspace We Use Online Documents! No Paper! Lets Save Resources!
  • No More Cutting Trees For Paper! Google Workspace Has Solved Paper Problems!
  • Before Google Workspace teaching and working was a lot harder. By using file cabinets this method could take a very long time to find a specific file if not organized correctly. If A student wrote a five page story and one edit had to be made the student would possibly have to rewrite the whole story which would contain a very long and wasteful amount of time. With Microsoft Office once someone made an edit they would have email back to a teacher or co-worker which can waste time important time.

  • Once Google Workspace came out it immediately became a turning point. Google Workspace was so much easier for schools and workspaces because they could access Google Workspace for free. This made Google Workspace revolutionary. With a lot of access Google Workspace also stored data online. This made sharing and saving data much faster than with Microsoft Word. Students could make edits to a document with a simple click of a keyboard. Teachers could also view documents making it easier for teachers to view students work easier.

  • Google Workspace was a turning point in terms of resources. Google Workspace allowed schools and workspaces to rely on online documents instead of using a surplus amount of paper. This innovation saved so much paper. Google Workspace also save money for schools and workspaces because all students, teachers, and workers could access it completely free. Google workspace saved time because workspaces don't have to use file cabinets anymore.

  • Even though Google Workspace was a revolutionary innovation it also took away some key factors to learning. Since Google Apps use spell check students relied on it to spell words that they had a hard time spelling. If students had a test they can most likely have a hard time spelling a difficult word. Online schooling along with looking at a device for so long during school also gave students migraines causing them to have a hard time focusing.
  • In the future I predict that Google will have their own desktops and devices. I predict that Google will have a chip that could be planted inside someone's head that would allow them to do multitasking. People could use Google Apps with a hologram. For example a person could ask Google to share a documents with a specific person. This would make Google Apps a lot more convenient to people.
