She DID bring up ghosts. Just like anyone in this town would.
At the festival last year, I met the cutest boy ever. Too bad he's been dead for a while.
Cat and her family had to move from southern California to the coast of northern California and this is their new house .They needed to move for Cat's younger sister, Maya, who has Cystic Fibrosis for health reasons. Cat is not too happy about moving but Maya loves their new house.
We came here so I could actually do things. I really wanted to go trick-or-treating today.
I know but you're supposed to stay inside and rest.
Kat's new town, Bahia de la luna is filled with ghosts. The ghosts overwhelmed Maya and now she can barely breath. Cat is with her new friend and neighbor, Carlos, who brought them to the spot with all these ghosts. While Cat is running to take Maya to the hospital she yells and blames Carlos for what happened to Maya.
I'm dead I'm dead I'm dead
Cat met a new friend on her first day of school. When they first started talking Cat was happy that she hasn't brought up ghosts at all until she started talking about a harvest festival. Cat already doesn't believe in ghosts but it seems like everyone in this town is obsessed with them.
Since you girls didn't cook, who made all this food?
Maya really wanted to go trick or treating and she dressed up in her costume even though she couldn't leave the house. She couldn't go out because of her Cystic Fibrosis. Her mom tells her she needs to rest.
During the festival, Carlos's uncle who has been dead for years talks to her and takes her hand and he flys in the air off of a cliff. Cat is extremely scared and screams for her life. She ends up enjoying the ride.
Maya and Cat came back into their house and there was food sitting in their kitchen. They invited spirits into their house for that night. They didn't know for sure who it was but it could've been the spirits they let in. They all ate the food
