  • The rising action is where something is starting to get exciting but not completely there. The narrator sneaks into the older mans room for seven night but then he woke up on the eighth night.¨ It took me hour to place my whole head within the opening.¨ The reason why i choose this theme is because the boy sneaks into the older mans room for seven nights. But, then the eighth night the old man was up...
  • The climax is when the good part or the interesting part is just starting to beginning."The old mans time has come¨.¨The old man was dead¨. This storyboard represents the young boy when he suffocated the older man.
  • The resolution is where the end of the story takes place. In this story the protagonist confesses what he did to the old man by tell telling the police.¨Villains! I screamed. Enough! I admit the deed! Tear up the planks! Here, here! It's the beating of his heart!" Finally, this scene is when the boy cut the old man into different body parts under the floor boards. Then the police show up and come and investigate the house because the neighbor had a suspicion of the house and then the boy confesses.
