Genetic Variation There are two types of rabbits. Dark brown rabbit. Tan rabbit
Overproduction & Struggle for Survival Struggle=Tan rabbit's are a lot more visible than the dark brown ones therefore the tan rabbits have more chances of being prey for owl's and other animals.
Differential Survival and Reproduction Tan rabbit's get eaten by owl's. Rabbits that inherit the dark brown color survive longer and reproduce. Brown rabbit's pass down their trait to offspring.
Change in Gene Pool The tan rabbit will decrease in population because it is more visible to prey. The dark brown rabbit will increase in this enviornment because it camouflages with its surrounding which in this case is the dark brown dirt.
