- RISING ACTION
- A young woman by the name of Lani heads home on a cold October night. She;s only just left from a late-night shift at work, her mind is only focused on relaxing when she get home.
- RISING ACTION ( PART TWO )
- Lani pauses at the sound of what seems to be a person crying for help, it echoes from the window of the only abandoned house at the end of the street, the house hasn't been occupied in over ten years. Rumors say an old man and his dog were the only people he lived there, but when the old man died, his dog was left.
- CLIMAX
- Lani can't help but go investigate the cries, creeping around the broken fence that led to the backyard- overtaken by wild grass. There's a window that seems untouched; peeking through the window, her surprise turned to horror at the scene that was unfolding. A large beast was charging at some poor old man.
- FALLING ACTION ( & RESOLTION )
- Her scream echoes as the beast rips apart the poor man, splattering crimson stains all over the worn-down walls; the man wails in pain for what seems like hours, but it all goes silent after the sound of a sickening crunch.
- Lani can only stare in horror at the man's dead body, her eyes only lifting when she can hear the growl that seems all too close; the beast was staring at her, a pink tongue flickering over its bloody maw.
- Lani doesn't hesitate to run away, the sound of a crash makes her want to look back, but she doesn't. Her legs only carry her so far, failing as she trips over a broken branch. There's a cry of pain that erupts as she tries to crawl away, but it is useless as a heavy weight crushes her back- claws digging into soft skin, teeth slicing through her neck as final cry is let loose...
