  • RIASEC CODE BY: CHARLES A
  • Oh No, JOBS....!!!!!
  • Charles is here to help you.
  • Hi Guys!
  • Kids, I would like to tell you about Holland's Riasec codes.
  • Definitions
  • R is for Realistic. That is someone who is real with you. I is for Investigative. That is people who like to find out things about someone
  • C is for Conventional. That is the people who tell people about what they believe in.
  • A is for Artistic. People who are skilled in drawing or acting. S is for social. Those who like to talk. E is for Enterprising. Those who like to start a business.
  • MY CODE
  • My code is A.R.S, Artistic, Realistic, and Social. The letter in the start of your code is the strongest of your personality.
  • Holland was an American Psychologist and Professor Emeritus of Sociology at Johns Hopkins University. He made another name for the Holland Codes, the Holland Occupational Themes.
  • Dominant and Recessive
  • Jim needed help to find a job that fit with his style but he didn't know his codes yet.
  • Careers and Education
  • My career that I what do do is Tech. Drafting and Designing or be a Pro Rugby player but the first chose is good. But you do have to take a long course to graduate. 4 years to graduate and be certified.
  •
  • Salary and Job Future Outlook
  • The salary is $54,480 annually but the job openings is 5,900 each year. It is very hard to get a job in this area and I have to be really good to get a high paying job in Georgia. But it is a great outlook on like to plan for your life.
  •
  • YES Jim! I think you got it
  • But the test will ask you about thing you might or might not like to do. So answer the test honestly. My test was fun because it had a lot of what I like to do as hobbies!
  • SO you are saying that your dominant is Artistic and your recessive is Realistic and Social?
  •
  • Tech. Drafting and Designing is drawing parts and tools for other companies to use like Ford or GMC. You make a blue print of what the tools they need to have, draw it in real life measurements and they will make it.
